The exercise method that I invented to exercise my abdomen

I've been paralyzed from the upper chest for 6 years and I've always wanted to do some exercises for my abdomen but I couldn’t. I used to have 6 packs before the accident. I get very upset whenever I look at my tummy growing bigger and bigger in each and everyday. After some great brain storming and experiments, I've finally found this method. This is how I exercise my trunk. I do this exercise everyday without fail, I do 1000 reps, break in to 5 sets, 200 each (100 leg lifting and 100 sit-ups).  This has been  my afternoon session ever since the equipment was installed.

This exercise is very effective for the abdominal muscle. This is how I do the sit-ups. I'm paralyzed from my upper chest; therefore I don't have abdominal muscle functions to do sit-ups.  With this method, I'm able to do at least a half sit-up and I could feel the abdominal muscles contracting. The pulling leg movement is for lower abdominal muscles and the half sit-up movement is for the upper abdominal muscles.  These exercises are good for the spine too, because it stimulates the spine from those movements. My waist was 39 inches at 1 time. After doing this exercise, ,my waist has reduced to 32-33 inches.
